Refareus is the Arena Referee as near as I can tell. He's pretty strong obviously. There were a surprising amount of peeps at the Arena so maybe it was a pre-arranged event. I just happened to stumble on it when I heard the Arena was open and wanted to test some things.
Very entertaining anyway. The Arena is fun with many exiles there. There were some impressive fights... some exiles these days are incredibly strong! Gorvin for example put on several good shows! :-)
