The only logical reason that the mystic area has been under revamping for so long is probably because the ancients have some awesome new abilities and/or things for the mystics to utilize.
Otherwise, this was just a waste of time. *shrug*
Or maybe they just wanted to re-landscape the mystic area. :D Rank fountain!
